Question

Answer

Is this website run by Rogers and Norton Solicitors?

I get asked this question alot but no, the site has always been run on a totally self funded and unofficial basis although it has the backing of Rogers and Norton Solicitors who run the R&N 5 a side football league. I update the site if and when I have time and accept absolutely no responsibility for the any of the information held on it ... such being the unofficial nature of the site.

What is the "Submit News" link for?

Using the "Submit News" link you can send your own news items directly to the website that will then appear in the latest news section on the front page. Maybe you are a team looking for friendlies or maybe you run your own league and want to tell others.... If you have some news its easy using the online form. I then check it before it goes online. The only requirement is that you are logged into your free member account, this helps stop abuse of the system.

What News can I submit to the website using to the "Submit News" link?

See the "What is the "Submit News" link for?" question above, but basically anything you would like tell others about I will probably include... as long as it relates to Norwich Football. I have no hard and fast rules on News articles. Club news, new leagues, team websites or whatever ... you could even put your next fixture details and team list online.

Why signup for a FREE member account?

It really is up to you to decide if its worth signing up but some of the features on the website are only available to members for various reasons. One big reason being security. Many people, including me, would prefer to only allow a select group to see the info and contact details. The members list and member info is only available to registered members. They will only see the "optional" items you fill in in the "Your Account" section. The email address you used to signup will NOT be public unless you include it in the optional "Public e-mail address" field after you have signed up. Have a look at the member list to see what info is displayed.

You can indeed, simply log into your account and click on the "Delete Account" link on the left hand side. You then have the option to delete your account. I will then probably email you to confirm just in case someone has done it as a joke or such like. Your details will be removed when I get time, usually within 24 hours.
